There's also an interesting trend to this week's Carnival....dads. James at Parkway Rest Stop has an homage to Jackie Gleason and his dad. It brings back so many memories for me of my dad... and pril offered up some thoughts about her dad. But, my favorite of all is one of Val Prieto's tales about his father. I'm hoping that all the posts about Se\x{00F1}or Prieto are woven together and made into a book. I'd read every story again and again.
